Don’t expect to have mail that requires a signature, to show up at your house. They’ll leave a note in your mailbox saying they couldn’t deliver, even though they never attempted. They’ll promise a re-delivery and it won’t happen. You’ll get an email saying if you don’t pick up your package they’ll send it back, so you’re literally forced to stand in their lobby for an hour while you wait to pick up your package.The employees in the facility weren’t rude but you could tell they didn’t want to be there, just as much as I didn’t. Only difference is they got paid for that hour, I didn’t.

I don’t expect a post office to be fast, but I do expect it to be efficient. This one is neither. I needed to drop off packages that were prepaid but too large to fit into the drop boxes. I waited in line with my packages for probably 20 minutes before someone (a fellow customer) told me there’s another line for mail drop off. There was no sign depicting that there were two lines, and nothing that made it look that way. Overall, the people working weren’t friendly, fast, or efficient, and I’ll avoid this post office in the future.

I filled out the mail forwarding form and they placed a notice in my mailbox that my house was vacant. Then you go and there are always 15-20 people making a line!!

WORTS CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Slow and bad SERVICE both of the Chinese guys don’t know NOTHING ABOUT customer service and give the confidence to the customers! DONT GO TO THIS STORE

The WORST post office in the nation! Have had 3 packages lost from this post office location after dropping them off in there bins that are barely ever working properly. Nobody ever comes to fix the broken drop boxes. Worst customer service! Extremely rude employees that have lied to my face numerous times and refused to take accountability for there mistakes and false info given to customers. The line is always to the front door and if you drop off a package, it literally takes 5 days (sometimes longer) to start tracking. Seems like management is ok with them taking that long because nothing is ever done to fix shipping times. Only post office around for miles so they know that, no matter how many complaints they get, people will still have to go there for services even thought it’s the worse one in all of Denver & aurora.

This usps is the worst ever! They lost my important mails several times and never give me any solution. One mail has 2 passports in delivered to the wrong address, another mail has SSN lost, and now 4 mails from Bank are disappeared to!!!!! You open a claim they call you to say sorry we are working on it and that's it! HEY USPS, you are taking it too far..... train your people well or change them...... ENOUGH!!!!

Just waited in line for 30 minutes with two toddlers to send a package, but couldn’t because they had no stamps and she said I need to go to a different post office. Super. Put a sign on your door that says “can’t send packages next time”.

The lady who speaks Spanish, super formal and with a lot of spirit for work, always helped me with what I needed, my package was detained, and not delivered, she always helped me until I managed to get the package in my hands. A thousand blessings.

Kevin Frickel needs to be terminated! Watching the watchmen exposed his true feelings and is a disgrace to a FEDERAL institution. Our taxes pay for this man's salary as a govt employee and the way he handled himself is unbecoming of a federal employee so he needs to be TERMINATED! He said this about the followers of this channel that fights to protect from Tyranny and Constitutional Rights Violations. And I quote "And they're all short, small people like you that have no job, no women anywhere" As a Federal agency you should expect more from your employees and for the record I'm a follower bc I care about the constitution and I'm far from short, unemployed, or without the affection of women so that generalization is wrong and completely disrespectful to the over 250k followers of this channel. If Kevin Frickel still works for your organization then we should take that as a sign that your organization does not respect it's customers nor does it hold it's employee's accountable for their actions. This post office is a joke. If you have a little extra time, skip it and go to the next nearest. They seem to follow their own guidelines for mail delivery, as well as customer service, and both are lacking severely. From the burnt out lady behind the counter who can't be bothered to put a tiny piece of tape on a box, to the cross your fingers and hope it gets there delivery, this place is a struggle.

I’ve lived all over the country and this post office is the only one I have repeated issues with. It doesn’t matter what the service is: standard mail delivery, package delivery, package pickup, you name it. When I moved here it was a hassle to get them to start delivering mail and now they seemingly only do it when they feel like it.
