The United States Postal Service (USPS) is the only organization in the country that regularly delivers to every residential and business address. Committed to providing secure, reliable, and affordable delivery of mail and packages, USPS manages over 30,000 retail locations and processes 47 percent of the world's mail. Customers often praise the knowledgeable, helpful, and kind employees at their local USPS offices. One reviewer noted the efficiency and friendliness of an employee named Sandra, while another appreciated the efforts of Heather to resolve an issue with an international package. A third customer had an excellent experience with a "sweet and helpful" employee named Quincy, who went above and beyond to assist them in getting their mailbox keys. However, some reviewers have expressed concerns about long lines, limited resources, and the overall decline of the USPS since new management. Despite these challenges, the majority of customers report receiving exceptional service and are grateful for the hard work of USPS employees.
I can't explain how much I hate coming here. Never staffed, always at least a 20 minute wait. Today was 40. At least the guy worker is nice

Customer service sucks. People just cant be nice anymore. Went to this location today and needed like a piece of tape and the guy says NO but you can buy a whole role for one piece of tape. Rude jerk. Very bad service to make 4 dollars. Won't be back here. Try teaching your employees manners and Customer service
