This review is on Verizon as a company and their questionable billing tactics. I was with them for over 15 years... and now I'm extremely happy that I switched carriers to Xfinity!!!
After switching, I started receiving text messages about a balance due. Much to my surprise, they didn't state what the balance was from or anything else.
Keep looking, and it's not hard to find a much better carrier!!!
Update: they contacted me, letting me know they're concerned and will look into it. That was over two (2) weeks ago and not a word since!

I've been here for 40 minutes and there are 3 customers and 9 employees. There is no way I'm spending my money here. I was pre approved and just needed my phone what horrible customer service

Unethical Selling! As someone that used to work here AVOID this place. They will add anything they can to your account, to see what they can get away with by showing you a total price on their quotes. You'll find new lines that you didn't know about, Home Protect which is insurance for home products or anything else. Their main objective is to get you to agree to way more than you wanted to. Shop on their website and avoid this store at all costs.

Kevin and Mike were very helpful and I really appreciate them helping me navigate the complex plans and fees that we all have with technology and phones. They were friendly and helpful even though other people were incredibly rude to them. Good job y'all. You deserve a raise!

Was barely able to get my questions answered. Not much help from the tech. Just kept trying to upsell me and it was excessive and intrusive

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. No one cares to help or make things right from the Manager Misha down to the whole team. Dealing with nothing but problems since upgrading my wife’s phone. Going to head to a different location to see if Verizon cares at all about their customers.

I went in with some simple questions. Kevin acted as if he couldn’t possibly care less about my questions, had zero energy and zero service. He gave an answer to my questions with “I think” this will happen. He clearly had no idea. It was a pretty terrible customer service experience.

I live near this location and I started my Verizon service here. I'm giving the store a low star review because on multiple occasions I have received incorrect information about promotions and discounts. It feels like getting swindled at a car dealership. The sales associate that helped me in store, gave me her number, for issues. When I called it went to a voicemail that was full three times. Customer service said not to go into the stores, just call them if I want the correct information each time. I'm not a fan of doing business this way. Makes me want to go somewhere else for my cellular service.
