Worst customer service I have ever experienced. No one cares to help or make things right from the Manager Misha down to the whole team. Dealing with nothing but problems since upgrading my wife’s phone. Going to head to a different location to see if Verizon cares at all about their customers.

I went in with some simple questions. Kevin acted as if he couldn’t possibly care less about my questions, had zero energy and zero service. He gave an answer to my questions with “I think” this will happen. He clearly had no idea. It was a pretty terrible customer service experience.

After a bit of back and forth the store manager contacted me and quickly offered a resolution. I am very satisfied with his quick and kind response to my issues. Thank you Misha
