Worst customer service I have ever experienced. No one cares to help or make things right from the Manager Misha down to the whole team. Dealing with nothing but problems since upgrading my wife’s phone. Going to head to a different location to see if Verizon cares at all about their customers.

I went in with some simple questions. Kevin acted as if he couldn’t possibly care less about my questions, had zero energy and zero service. He gave an answer to my questions with “I think” this will happen. He clearly had no idea. It was a pretty terrible customer service experience.

I live near this location and I started my Verizon service here. I'm giving the store a low star review because on multiple occasions I have received incorrect information about promotions and discounts. It feels like getting swindled at a car dealership. The sales associate that helped me in store, gave me her number, for issues. When I called it went to a voicemail that was full three times. Customer service said not to go into the stores, just call them if I want the correct information each time. I'm not a fan of doing business this way. Makes me want to go somewhere else for my cellular service.

This place sucks, I bought a phone online and when I got there they kept saying I needed a state issue ID, I gave them a Colorado Department of corrections photo ID which is a state issue photo ID but they were so closed minded they kept repeating themselves like a robot "We need a state issue ID" they refused to listen to me when I tried telling them that it IS a state issued ID. I will never use Verizon at all I I highly recommend you do not use this company either.

After a bit of back and forth the store manager contacted me and quickly offered a resolution. I am very satisfied with his quick and kind response to my issues. Thank you Misha

Either these guys like to play games and mess with people or they are completely incompetent. Either way, don’t waste your time coming here. When I called Verizon customer service to inquire about their behavior, the manager refused to talk to the company representative, and canceled my order.

Some crews are very helpful (well, one), but other crews will not lift a finger to help current customers. They act like the old "Ma Bells" when you only had one choice for phone service. As a business if you can't at least gain a 4 star rating, yo do not deserve business from anyone.

We are brand new Verizon customers. This store (6735 S Cornerstar Way Aurora, CO 80016) had the phones we wanted in stock and our Verizon representative arranged for us to pick them up there. If we were unable to pick them up in 3 days, the order would cancel and we could choose to have the phones shipped to us instead. My husband was called out of town on a business trip and we were unable to pick up the phones. I called the Verizon representative to let her know we'd like to have the phones shipped instead. Before she could change the order, I received an email that our phones had been picked up. We had not picked them up. We discovered that instead of canceling the order, the store created a "force buyout" on our account and falsely noted that we had picked up our phones. This seems at best incompetent and certainly dishonest. After an hour on the phone with Verizon corporate and several attempts trying to contact the store, the issue remains unresolved. We cannot reorder the phones until Verizon corporate corrects the store's mistake. As brand new customers, this was not a good first impression.

The people who work here are all very knowledgeable and helpful. They did everything they could to give us the best deals they could offer.

Just switched to Verizon a month ago and already regretting my decision on how I was treated in this store. Horrible customer service. The little child in customer service needs lessons on how to be respectful.

Huge shout-out to Ellis at this location! He was super friendly and helped me get all the specials I was eligible for after my old phone took a dump this morning. Honestly have never had so much fun getting a new phone and suuuuper happy with my new Pixel and Google Watch! Thanks Ellis, you rock!!!

I had terrible customer service. My phone calls having issue with call network cause my phone been dropping calls past month and having issues when i try to call out after the call being drop. So they switched my SIM card to see if that works and told me if that works come back and figure it out. So I came back and had different guy I told him about the situation. Right away, He said I either have to upgrade my phone or get it replaced if I have insurance or go to Apple. He didn’t try to help figure out the problem and I was more upset that one the guys that help the first time was one of guys that was sitting at the sit there listening and didn’t say anything to help mouth completely shut. I felt like they was lazy and just wanted sales then providing good customer service! It’s not fair cause we paying for our phones month to month for Verizon cellular services and you guys have employees that don’t care. They attitude showed it and their body language showed it as well. Will not go to this location again.
