I am so grateful for the outstanding service provided to me by Dilon at the store. I shopped black Friday and had some service issues, Dilon was so patient to assist in getting my line connected and troubleshoot all of my issues. He is an outstanding guys and deserves all recognition and praise for the assistance and patience he provided for several hours.

I am a disabled person and simply asked to sit down while they were checking me in. I was rudely told that without a protection plan they could not help me. They just missed out selling me a new phone.

Verizon wouldn’t give us anything for trade in’s so we went over to T-Mobile and gave them our business We were able to trade in our older phones there!
Much better customer service @ T-Mobile as well!

My brother was in a catastrophic fire on Sept 1, 2024. Amanda & Stephanie both went out of their way to help walk me through getting my brother’s phone replaced and up and running. Truly exceptional service!! Forever grateful for their compassionate help!!!

Senior team member or manager was rude and dismissive of the associate helping me and then rude and dismissive of me when I asked why the two advertised prices were different.
The big in store display said $60/ line with autopay, 70 without, the quotes kept coming back as $70/line with autopay, $80 without.
I don't know if they even know that they are advertising a price that they wont honor because the senior member at the store was so dismissive I don't think it ever clicked in her head that there's a big digital display directly contradicting her and her teams quotes

I’m going into store today praying they will help me. It fourth Verizon store. There absolutely no help for a person with a prepaid account at Verizon.

Every time I come here the customer service is HORRENDOUS and they always manage to screw up my account resulting in many phone calls and visits.
In today’s visit, I am only here because they messed up my account and bill when we recently purchased an additional phone and the incorrectly transferred service.
The manager, Amanda is extremely rude and unfriendly. I waited over an hour to speak to someone while the manager worked on displays and hid behind a wall rather than helping the 5 customers in line. What is the point of a manager if they can’t solve complex issues and assist customers!?
Also, I heard her tell a customer they didn’t have a bathroom when I have used it here several times!!
I have been here a handful of times and always the same experience. It’s too bad corporate is so disconnected from the retail locations .
