“I mean top notch customer service and quality merchandise what more can I say! I lost a part of my roof rack and couldn’t figure out what the part was so I emailed and they got back to me in less that 12 hours with an estimate for that part with shipping. Looks great on my 2017 WRX don’t mind the Yakima fairing. Was from another car I had already. Otherwise it would match rhino rack.”
“THERE ISN’T A CRATE AND BARREL SIGN ON THE DOOR RIGHT NOW. ITS THE UNIT WITH RYDER. Went right inside and they knew what I needed and were quick. I circled around about 10 times before I figured out where they were though. Here’s to hoping this helps you not make the same mistake I did!”
“Easy to find and easy to dock, nice people, fast unloading, TA and truck wash is about 3-4 miles away,! I would love to come here again and again, remember when you arrived here before turning in stay in the middle of two yellow line, center of the street, when you checked in then it is easy to enter the way you dock!”
“Delivery, give them 5 stars because they accept me about 17 hours before my appointment, I came 4:30pm , they told me it’s will be long time to unload , it’s took about 5 hours to unload but I was unloaded and can go for pick up , nice people there. You can stay on street for overnight if you find space. Thanks.”

“As a driver, I don’t usually post reviews on places I deliver but seeing all these negative reviews, I decided to state my experience. I showed up a day early, broker said it was a straight through delivery. Showed up approximately 1pm and was notified by guard shack that my appointment was for the next morning at 7am and they could take me as early as 5am. Plenty of truck stops within 15 miles so I booked it back over to the Loves and waited. Showed up next morning and got delivered with paperwork in hand before my 7am time.”

Easy to communicate with them about concerns, shipping issues, unique requirements for the orders as well as the potential to add to our services and expand our needs. Nothing seems to phase them. “This is hands down the best Dollar general DC I've delivered to in my 7 years of driving. They have parking. If you arrive the night before check me in 1 hour early short wait for a door. I was in my door 30 minutes before my appointment. The only minor snag is they use freight Smith so you have to check in via a phone call. They give you a copy of a QR code but it is so faded it doesn't register with your phone. That being said, that part was still fairly smooth. Fortunately my load did not have a lumper fee Francisco and receiving it was a fantastic gentleman. Brought my signed paperwork out to me with still six pallets left to unload and told me I was good to go once I received the second green light. Security guards at the shack are nice, professional and courteous as well.
