Just dropping off a modem, long line of people dealing with new sales. Long wait time, I was told I could leave it but no receipt provided. They need separate service lines for simple contacts

Dimitri at the xfinity store was amazing. He helped me get a new phone plus a new line and was able to get everything done pretty fast when I needed to replace my phone. He also brought my internet cost down so I wasn't paying extra.
