Got there a little before 530 and were told they hadn't gotten to it yet but would have it fixed soon. We went to do another errand and came back to a fixed tire at no charge. Can't beat that. Thanks guys!”
“Pure Auto Care is absolutely awesome! The owner Chris is a class act and provided the best experience I've ever had working with an automotive shop. While on an out of state hunting trip, I had a wheel bearing go bad on my Tacoma within 24 hours of having to return home. With my out of state license plates, I completely expected to pay the "non-resident tax". However, Pure Auto Care got me in within 30 minutes of calling their shop, thoroughly went through the diagnostic process with me, then delivered the most fair and affordable price offered in western Colorado! “I brought it to him to consider a catalytic converter replacement after diagnosed by a dealer. He explained that every time a catalytic converter is replaced they also replace the O2 sensor. He offered to change the O2 sensor only at first as a diagnostic to save money. Later he returned a call quickly to help me assess whether a catalytic cleaner fluid might help.”
