“I got an oil change coupon at a non-profit event and used it today. I was very impressed with the staff. I listened as another customer came in and asked if he needed to have something done. Rather than immediately saying yes, they actually told him it really wasn't necessary for a while. Also, I heard them looking online to order parts and talked about how cheap one of them was and how expensive another one was, but then saw a good quality part, at a very reasonable price and ordered it. There's not many mechanics around now that would be that honest. The owner walked in, and I told him how much I appreciated how I was treated and how he treated the other customers. I thanked him for donating to our non-profit. They've been in business since 1984, and in a small town like Delta, that says a lot. If I need mechanical work, I will definitely be going there again.”

“My 2015 Silverado broke down in Delta last month and I was stuck for four days. Local auto shop refused to help with a unique issue. Hellman Chevrolet came through with flying colors and got me back on the road, so I could get back to Virginia. Massive shoutout to the service department, especially Stephanie in parts who went above and beyond to assist with finding a part that is no longer available. Huge, huge thank you. I would highly recommend the Hellman team for servicing your GM vehicle and even though I live on the east coast, I will consider buying a vehicle from them when my next one is needed. “Lance was amazing to work with. Every RV mechanic within 200 miles wouldn't even take a look at our fridge without waiting 3 weeks or more. I called Lance on Saturday and our trailer was in his hands on Monday and it was gone on Tuesday. He was honest and upfront and let us know it was a warranty issue. He is very genuine and he knows what he is doing. He is not there to play games. I wish we could have continued our work with Lance. I know this is just the beginning and we will definitely be back.
