“Auto tech is wonderful! Extremely knowledgeable, experienced, professional, generous I could go on! I was on a roadtrip passing through Colorado and we were experiencing brake troubles. We called multiple other auto shops near by but none could get us in or had our parts. He got us in and out in under 90 minutes. One of my rear break pads and rotor was toast and he replaced and cleaned both. He talked us through everything, had cold waters for us, and was kind enough to even top off our whipper fluid. I typically take my car to shops to get fixed and this was the best experience I’ve ever had. Our trip down to Arizona was an absolute breeze!
I am very greatful for his help without it I wouldn’t be able to safely continue the trip!

“I purchased a used vehicle from another dealership, and after having it for maybe a month, I noticed something wasn’t right with my car. I took it to Hellmans, and they determined that I had catastrophic lifter failure and a damaged camshaft. Yay me!!
Anyway, Aubrey and Mike were absolutely amazing in dealing with my warranty company. I’m sure at times I was a lot to handle when I would randomly stop in or call for updates—although they never once complained about it. I’m sure I was annoying at times!
The warranty company took their sweet time approving my new engine, but in the end, I finally got my car back! Through all of this, I got to know Aubrey and Mike, and I wish I had gotten the names of the guy(s) who put in my new engine so I could give them credit too. All in all, I’m a very happy customer.
From now on, because of Mike and Aubrey, I’ll have all of my services done through Hellmans. They definitely earned my trust after everything I went through with my Yukon. I can’t thank you guys enough for all that you did for me! I highly recommend Hellman’s Service Department!”
