“We have had quite the day. Our thule key broke and we had no idea what to do. All of our stuff was in there and we were truly at a loss. We went into home depot seeing if there was any tool we could buy or something and that’s when we met our savior. Tim. Tim took valuable time out of his day to help us and managed to get the thule open without even having to break it. We have been dealing with this for hours, and all hope was lost until Tim came to save the day. We will be forever grateful, THANK YOU TIM.”

“I'm going with four stars because it's a huge Home Depot up in the mountains where we're lucky to have it. The selection and inventory is pretty good even during the winter season. However, there's also a big annoyance of mine with this location. The Verizon cell coverage in the area is horrible, to the point that I often can't even make a phone call from their parking lot. Additionally, Home Depot hasn't deployed wifi hotspots out to the parking lot. Why is this relevant? Well, because it means curbside pickup is useless if you're a Verizon customer because with no cell+data and no wifi, there's no way to use the app, or phone, to let the store know you're there when you pull into a curbside pickup spot. No one from the store watches the spots, so sitting there for a while won't help you.”
