“Great staff and plenty of room to store your gear. Price that is unbeatable in Vail valley! Super solid WiFi in the common areas. Really clean and nice showers.Feedback for Carryn and the team: 1. Add foam toppers to (at lest) one bed per pod to compensate for the mattress firmness. 2. Supply better duvets/blankets. The polyester blankets needs to be doubled up to be warm enough. Though there were plenty of spare blankets available. 3. Add some weather strip to the pod doors to help with sound isolation.”

“Fantastic location and beautiful condominium. It was an amazing gas burning fireplace that we had on every night. Spacious kitchen. Comfortable beds. Overall great experience. The only negative was only having one indoor parking space.”

“Three words: Perspective. Context. Expectation.

We are not who you’d usually expect to stay at a Ritz-Carlton. We’re a hard working middle class couple from rural Ohio.

We saved up for a long time to finally have a honeymoon after 13 years of marriage. This was also our anniversary trip. Off season rates are the only way we could afford to stay at this gorgeous resort.

We knew that the Ladies and Gentlemen of the Ritz-Carlton were renowned for their tremendous levels of service. What we did not expect was how warm, welcoming, and casual that personalized service would be.

Unlike another luxury property we stayed at in Vail, the Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch welcomed us with open arms with no judgments of our status. The staff genuinely seemed interested to get to know who we are and make sure we were truly happy.

Simply, everything exceeded our wildest expectations. We actually wished we spent the whole week here rather than splitting it with the other property in Vail.

There was absolutely no reason to leave the resort. Everything we needed or wanted was here.

We received truly tremendous service from Johnny and Matias at Wyld. Win from the Great Room. Nolan from in room dining. Angel from housekeeping. Nik from valet. Cheyenne from Sakaba. You all made us feel like we were visiting family. You welcomed us into your home.

Not once did we feel intimidated, unwelcome, or out of place.

Rooms: Gorgeous, spacious, well appointed

Nearby activities: Free shuttle to Beaver Creek Village

Walkability: Plenty of hiking options.

Food and drinks: All the good is phenomenal throughout the property: Wyld, Great Room, Sakaba, and in room dining.”

“Platinum going on Diamond Member. Leo is a tremendous asset to this location. He needs to be recognized. Top-tier hospitality. If there is a way to provide a spot bonus- please do so. Retain your talent! He took the time to get NBC on for the Sunday Night Football game in lobby. I am three nights away from Diamond Status (37 nights) and Will be staying again soon thanks to Leo!

Safety: Very safe and extremely quiet this time of year.”

“I'm at a loss where to start this review. Our experience was 100% awesome. We stayed in December 2025 for 4 nights and needed 3 rooms for a family vacation. The day we arrived there was a snowstorm and we didn't arrive until around 2am on 12/5. I apologize for forgetting the names of everyone that was working at that time however they were truly awesome helping us with our luggage making sure we got to our rooms helping us park our 10-seater commuter van making us feel at welcomed even at that early hour. It was snowing and the scenery was beautiful. Over the next 4 days we experienced all aspects of the staff and the facility including going to Beaver Creek a few times as well. Every morning I went into the restaurant, sat at the bar, and ordered breakfast to bring upstairs to family. There's a lovely woman that took my order at the restaurant bar and we would have conversations while I was waiting; just so friendly and welcoming. After coming in from the cold the bartenders were always ready with some adult beverages and friendly smiles while the kids enjoyed hot chocolate and cookies everyday. Andrew, The operations manager, (I hope I got that right) was there many days I don't recall which but on one particular day was helping to serve hot chocolate and cookies to the kids in the lobby and we just struck a conversation up give me an opportunity to tell him what a wonderful property this is. This goes for everyone we ran across housekeeping staff, valet, everyone need to stay perfect. Our family has stated numerous hotels It's not often we run across that level of warmth across the entire staff. In my particular case I want to specifically recognize Catalina and Diego. I had left something of those personal and actual value in my room and realized it after I got home. They were so gracious to not only help me locate my lost item but making sure it got to me and staying in touch. There are many restaurants walkable in the area and of course Beaver Creek is right there with shuttle service up and back. Going into jacuzzi and the 20° weather was also awesome and fun. On the evening of the Christmas tree lighting I was shocked to see so many local people coming in for the ceremony as well as the guests at the hotel. It added a sense of belonging and experiencing Colorado and the welcoming nature of the community as well as the hotel. Just an awesome place we will be back to many times. If you've never been, go.”

“My Husband and I have now stayed here twice, once just the two of us and one time with our teenagers. You can’t beat the cleanliness, friendly service or the views! The amenities are great as well. It’s walkable to many different eateries and activities, as well. We love this resort and will definitely stay here again. The only photo I have of the resort is from the fitness center, but even a treadmill run is nice when that’s your view.”
