“This place was so great! The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful. Anyone we walked by that worked there seemed to greet us with a smile. The pool and hot tub area is really nice and relaxing. The breakfast in the morning was good. The room was clean and updated and the patio was nice to sit on and look at the creek. It is an easy walk to all the shops and food. We would absolutely stay here again.”

“I loved my stay here! I came here for a ski trip, the rental place within the hotel with rental storage was great, and the hot tub/pool/outdoor firepit area was lovely. The restaurant within the hotel was also super yummy and convenient. The room was clean, the lobby was very nice to hang out in. The highlight of this hotel is the shuttle service this hotel offers. Being able to get to multiple places on Vail mountain directly from the hotel (rarely having to wait more than 10 minutes) was truly a lifesaver! Overall, this hotel made my ski trip so easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here!”

But what really makes this property top notch is its people! “Kari gave an amazing massage. You can tell she has experience and cares about what she does.
My facial with Debbie was terrible. Especially at this price point. She didn’t deserve the $35 mandatory tip, that’s for sure. She massaged my face when the product was too dry, stretching out my skin, ouch! Bumped the table when she was trying to maneuver around a couple times, it just felt like she was rushing through the steps. She was loud washing her stuff in the sink during the facial, just careless IMO. The facial massage was odd, felt like I could’ve had a better facial at a beauty school. I know she does nails, maybe she’s better at that? Not trying to be rude, it was just so disappointing. I hope this review helps someone else.

Although summers can be a bit warm, even in the mountains, the Evergreen Lodge was able to make our stay a success and we really enjoyed the pool as well as access to all of the restaurants and shopping! “What a place. I love that it is still family owned. In a sea of private equity-backed/corporate-owned properties, the Tivoli Lodge stands out and the difference is felt. They even have a resident pup, Racer, who is a big adorable loaf ready to greet you!
Tivoli is the coziest lodge in the most prime location. The bed was extremely comfortable, plenty of fresh linens, and the bathroom was sparklingly clean. Lovely, accommodating staff and housekeeping team. Looking forward to staying here again someday.”
“We stayed at the Lodge at Vail for three nights and skied for two days, and overall we had a fantastic experience. The service was truly outstanding and easily the best part of our stay. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. From check-in to ski valet to transportation, the staff went out of their way to make sure everything was easy and enjoyable. The level of service here was noticeably better than what we have experienced at other comparable ski hotels.
The location is unbeatable and made getting on and off the mountain effortless. The ski valet was excellent and very convenient. We also really appreciated the complimentary rides around town in the Toyota Sequoias, which were comfortable and made getting around Vail simple and stress-free.
The pool area was great and a nice place to relax after skiing. Our room was comfortable, though it is starting to show its age and feels a bit dated. That said, it did not take away from how much we enjoyed our stay.
Overall, we absolutely loved the Lodge at Vail and would happily stay here again. The incredible service, amazing location, and thoughtful amenities more than make up for the slightly dated rooms. Highly recommended, especially if you value truly exceptional hospitality.”
