“Nice visit at the Manor Vail. Can’t beat the location 5 mins walk from lifts. Room was comfortable and spacious with separate living room and kitchen. Service was friendly. Breakfast and breakfast room could use an upgrade given the cost!”

“This is a resort with weekly rental options. There are 50-60 units total that vary in size. The first floor has businesses, an exercise room, front office and a pool and hot tub. There is laundry in the basement, a parking garage, and a pizza place for dine in or take out that includes a bar. They clean the rooms on Tuesdays, and the units have full kitchens, DirecTv on flat screens, and decent beds, and other items you may need are available at the front desk, like a crock pot.Update- There are two chargers for electric vehicles; one in the basement and one out front. Thanks for listening to feedback!I bought a $30 adapter for my Tesla S on Amazon.”

“I highly recommend the Sitzmark Lodge. The rooms are comfortable, clean & beautiful. I had a small balcony with a wonderful view! They are in the process of renovating their lobby but they gave me ample notice about this (even without a lobby, they are doing a great job of making the check-in process easy). I would like to give a big thank you to Steve who went out of his way to help me when I checked out. I had reserved an Uber the day before to take me to Eagle Regional Airport. Unbeknownst to me, that doesn’t guarantee you a ride and so shortly before my reserved time, Uber said they couldn’t find me a driver. Steve took my bag for me and we raced over to the Vail Village Transportation Center. When we arrived, I called the cab company but they were completely booked. While I was calling, Steve went to the bus station and found out that the city bus could get me there on time (with 5 minutes to spare:) Steve went above & beyond to make sure I caught my flight and I am very grateful. In addition to Steve, the entire staff was friendly & helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and the location can’t be beat!!”

“I'm going to go ahead and give this place 4 stars. Why the rating you ask? Well, let me tell you and give you some details regarding the property. There are different types of rooms in the hotel. Some are managed by Marriott and others by property managers. We booked a two bedroom unit through booking.com. I assumed it was through Marriott but we were in a Vail Resorts managed unit. The place was nice. Plenty of space for our group of 4 to spread out. The 3 full bathrooms in the unit were nice. Good kitchen with a good ice maker. Also, great wifi. Very comfortable bed. Steam shower in the master bedroom. Cookies in the evenings in the lobby. Super nice staff! Why doesn't this place get the 5th star? Well, I think it could be a bit clearer with who manages what. When I checked in I asked to put my bonvoy number on the reservation. Nope, can't do that unless you book a Marriott room. Also, no daily housekeeping. Not a huge deal but would have been nice. Also, $50 or $55 a night, I can't remember, to park your car. That's outrageous in my opinion. Hot tubs didn't seem to be at 104.”

“The hotel is in a super cute area near everything in vail! The staff from the parking to the front desk are all so amazing!! They were so friendly and welcoming from the second we walked in! My daughter also had a small accident and they gave her a nice ice pack for her boo boo!The price here is fair and near everything it also includes breakfast. My husband loves working out and he said it's by far top 2 in his book for beautiful hotel gyms. It's like a fairy tale up here definitely must see.The rooms are a little old but they are well kept and clean! They remind me of a cabin feel.”

“Gravity Haus is a great spot for smoothies and a swanky environment. Warm fireplace and one of the only places open by 9/9:30AM in Vail Village. Most places open at 11 besides coffee shops. Great vibe!”

“The Sebastian is great! Small enough where you can find your way around, but big enough to have every amenity you need. Spa, sauna, hot tubs, kids club room, The Gambit cocktail bar, On the go high end Coffee machine, Valet parking. We could not find the remote control for the TV and in 3 minutes we had one sent to the room. Right in Vail village and the ice rink. Bradford Fuller works with Private Residences and was so helpful getting us set up with our room. The GM of the hotel makes his own homemade waffles in the lobby 3-5pm for guests. Hot chocolate bar for kids 3-4pm. This hotel does a great job accommodating everyone!”

“Highly recommend this hotel. The location, quality and service are absolutely exceptional for the price. All of the staff--from the bellhops, to the front desk, to the waiters and waitresses--are so attentive. We look forward to our next visit at this amazing hotel!”

“My husband and I stayed here for our ski trip to Vail. We were greeted by friendly, professional staff and enjoyed the delicious warm cookies offered at check-in. We greatly appreciated the diamond member room upgrade! The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows. Would definitely recommend taking advantage of the shuttle to get to and from Vail or Lionshead Village- it was quick, easy, and helped us avoid the stress and cost of parking. The drivers were super friendly as well! We especially loved using the heated pool and large hot tub after a day on the slopes. Can't wait to come back!”

“Great little hotel in the village. We will be back. The only reason for a 4 star room rating was that they are just a bit dated. Otherwise very clean and super helpful staff.Nearby activities: Walk to Gondola 1 or Golden Peak. 5 minutes”

“We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was an amazing experience. The staff were very nice, attentive and went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. As for the hotel itself, it is luxury! The outdoor hot tub and heated pools were great to relax in and stargaze. The porch for our room had a great view. The room itself was so cozy and nice. And the location is amazing. You walk outside and you are in Vail Village. Wonderful time here”

“The good: + Amazing staff + Great location + Good services on site at a fair price (laundry & ski/board tuning, sharpening, & waxing) The opportunities: - Dated rooms (and the most overly complex shower/tub faucet I've ever seen) - WiFi is nearly unusable from room - Resort fee surprise The details: Stayed here for almost a week. The staff has been very helpful and responsive (eg fan wasn't working in my room and they immediately replaced it ... accidentally left do not disturb on my door after I left and they offered to clean my room when I got back and realized the mistake.) Laundry: far cheaper onsite than any laundromat within 70 miles. DONT use both washing machines at same time as floor drain may (did) overflow. Change machine only accepts $1, $5, $10 but I was able to break a $20 at the front desk. Tuning services: Fantastic! They're done overnight and are back at the hotel around 4:30am... so plenty early enough after dropping them off after a full day on the slopes. Shuttle to Vail: Walk out the back, down the outside stairs to the walkway... where the walkway splits take a LEFT. Hoover the bridge and then turn right to get to either of the bus stops depending where you want to go. Bus stops have an easy to read map and time of when the bus will show. FYI: when you leave your board/skis on the lobby rack (not allowed in rooms) they'll move them to lean against the wall/window in the Venture Sports shop. If the gate is closed & locked the front desk staff can open it up for you. (Only had to do that once when I was out by 7am). $1 wing Wednesday at the bar was great. Nepalese restaurant was also good - amazing curry! -------- - was surprised by the resort fee - both saunas need the nails pounded down again so they don't burn you (or just sit on a towel) - left dry sauna heat dial doesn't work. - hot tub can be either a nice _hot_ tub or a _luke warm_ tub. - exercise room is minimal but functional - I did better using my 1 bar of LTE than the hotel WiFi from my room. - can be noisy. walls seem thin. May want earplugs to block out noise.”
