Aspenalt Lodge is a fantastic, no-frills, and affordable hotel located in Basalt. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious, with good amenities including a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. Some rooms feature a ceiling fan and overlook a beautiful rushing river. The management is very responsive and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. A complimentary continental breakfast is offered. The location is perfect, near quaint old town Basalt and centrally located. It is right across from the bus stop, with a short walk to the park-and-ride, for easy access to Aspen and Glenwood. While the outside appears humble, the lodge provides a comfortable and convenient stay at a fraction of the cost of Aspen hotels, making it a highly recommended and legendary option.
Affordable place just 20 min before Aspen and Snowmas with breakfast, included , very clean the only thing they need improve is the beds most of the people staying there are travelers and the only time you spend there is the night so definitely need a quality sleep so please improve the beds

The thown is small, so our staying was pleasant and quiet, the rooms are clean have everything that you need and our room was in front of the river. So beautiful peaceful view. Had a continental breakfast and spend time drinking my tea in front of the river. Highly recommended
