“My 2016 Subaru Outback tan leather seats had started to tear. I had Jerad replace the covering on both driver and passenger seats. He did an amazing job. It looks as good as when I bought the vehicle but with a higher quality leather. It cost about 1/2 what Subaru was going to charge me, and they would have used the same thinner factory part vinyl/part leather. I highly recommend his services. I initially found Jerad through Katzkin leather. They sell full kits which is what I purchased and Jerad installed. But Jerad could have only replaced my driver's side seat if I wanted to save money, so that is an option.”

“I had an amazing experience with this auto service center. I had a battery die in the area within waking distance to the service center. I walked over to the Napa parts store and they quickly did a battery test to determine it was dead. The representative directed me to the auto service center to get a new battery installed. I was on a very tight timeframe on business in Bayfield and they (David) quickly replaced the battery with excellent customer care and service without any interference with my appointments. It was quite miraculous imo. I highly recommend them!”
