My packages always get sent here even though I don’t have a P.O BOX here, and when I come to pick it up they won’t even give it to me. Rude employee she kept talking over me.

Beyond annoyed. They keep delivering my packages to my dad’s parcel which I not longer live there. The shipping address isn’t even his address it’s a completely different address, but they keep putting my packages into my dads parcel.

Delivery drivers for this location are a joke. They say the mailbox was full at 11am but they don't show up to our area until 12:30pm at the earliest. The parcels are still sitting at the hub in town and never even leave.
Worthless.
