Arrived at 2:30 as USPS website advised that I had 3 boxes out for delivery. Waited till they closed at 4:30 - - still sorting boxes. No delivery.

Service is OK. The mail is slow and hours arent ideal for working folk but we also live in the middle of nowhere so things take awhile anyway. Some of the staff are super helpful and great .....others.not so much

Terrible service. Very rude customer service from Janice. She was very snippy and hung up on the phone very quickly. Did not help me at all get my package. I really think she is not at all qualified to have a customer service job. If I cannot get my package I will go in there to get my money back and get her fired.
