“This is a great store with super friendly employees. The 4 stars is because they sell out of chicks immediately due in part to people bulk purchasing them and reselling them for double to triple the price the same day. One of the resellers had them in a cardboard box without heat in the King Soopers parking lot next door. Another one posted in a local Fb group with the freshly purchased chicks, complete with tractor supply boxes they came in, being sold by kids lemonade-stand-style. Once again, no heat. A lady even cut me off in the parking lot so badly this morning she almost hit me. I saw her a couple minutes later fuming that there were no chicks. She had brought several people with her to help carry them. It’s been like this week after week and there should be a per customer limit, at least until noon or so, to prevent or slow down the asshats doing this. I do understand there are shortages, I’m irritated with the relentless resellers.”
“Shylo is truly the best. Our dog is so well cared for. The feedback I've received upon picking up our dog makes it clear the staff is attentive and our dog is cared for and watched.
Lots of secluded, fenced, outdoor space for any sized dogs. Shuttles from Denver. Cheap grooming (which is nice if you've ever picked up a smelly dog from daycare or boarding). Convenient location near the airport.
Their prices are great and most importantly, THESE PEOPLE LOVE DOGS.
When I can leave my dog with Shylo, any stress I may have about boarding my dog goes away.”
“We stopped by Longhopes for a tour today and despite our mistake in being an hour late we were treated so well, welcomed in and given the full, wonderful experience with grace and generosity.
The Donkeys are demonstrably well cared for and genuinely loved - talking with Kathy Dean today it is clear how deep Longhopes is committed to these wonderful donkeys.
Absolutely worth the short journey out of the city, a definite to-do for any animal lover looking to connect with some like minded people and affectionate donkeys :)”
