“I went to go look at an item for sale in one of these units. I have to say these are very nice! They are gated in, on concrete, no mice problems (which out here in the plains we have alot), the 4 stars would be the high pricing. $165 a month for a single car garage spot. I pay $65 for mine. I also don't have the nice amenities!”

“Great facility, owners, and great price. This storage lot is easily accessable off of I70 and Manilla rd. Been storing our trailer for over 2 years. Saved alot of money over all of the other local sites. The fact it is so close to I70, makes it a quick entry to I 70 and start your trip. All of the amenities such as compressor, dump station, fresh water, ice machine, restroom allows you to get prepared before leaving site.”
