“Wish I could leave 10 stars! We are from Tennessee and had a catastrophic engine failure towing our camper on vacation. I had Carshield which did cover most of our costs, but many shops won't even deal with them as Carshield can be a PITA. Mike, the owner, when he heard I was considering riding my bicycle 20 miles to pickup a rental car took his valuable time to drive us to pick up a rental. He also offered to drive us to get groceries if needed. Sandi, the office manager was incredible. She spent many hours on the phone with Carshield and kept us informed. Tyler, the young man who replaced our engine seemed very knowledgeable.and took time to explain a few things to me. If you need auto service while in this area, we highly recommend Burroughs.”

“I ran over something and my front tire was losing air fast..thankfully there was a store right there..I pulled in and a guy came out before I could put it in park and could hear the tire losing air..went inside gave him my information and he said he would see how fast they could fix it for FREE... By the time I got back to my car another guy was there ready to fix my tire...Awesome Service...I went inside had some popcorn and water and in no time they came and let me know I was ready to be back on the road..I can't say enough how much I appreciate the guys here..the service they provided..Next time I need tires or car service I will be back...Thank You So Much!!! I hope everyone enjoyed the pizza 💕”

“They weren't able to fix my truck, because they couldn't get the part. I was passing through Colorado, and they squeezed me in with no notice. Nice guys. Would try them out if I lived there.”

“We have been getting our several vehicles serviced here for about 8 years now. We will not go anywhere else. Chris and Amanda are who I have always worked with, and they have always been very professional, and the work they do there is second to none. Could not more highly recommend C & T.”

“Flatted on the highway right before the Strasburg exit and limped off of the interstate. Our tire was not fixable from an earlier plugged puncture on the sidewall. The shop nearest the exit, C&T Auto, (was not able to help us because they don’t stock tires). They sent us to Les Schwab, but we saw Viva Tire Services on our way there on I-70 Business Route. The two nice gentleman who helped us were fast, efficient, personable, kind and took care of us immediately. For $60, we got a used General brand tire with plenty of life left on it installed. They acknowledged and greeted us as soon as we arrived and did so with other customers who showed up while we were there briefly. These gentleman may not both speak perfect English, but they are hard working, polite and appear to be running an honest business.”
