Berthoud Drug is a local pharmacy with a very friendly and helpful staff who provide fantastic customer service. The team is amazing, goes above and beyond to help, and treats everyone without judgment. The pharmacy process is fast, convenient, and efficient, with a useful app for refills. The pharmacist pays close attention, asking questions to find significant savings on prescriptions. The new store is very nice, much bigger, and features a well-curated gift shop and boutique with unique items and fair prices. This side of the business offers a great selection of gifts, making it hard to leave without buying something. While some note the location is further away or had initial confusion with payment, customers find the trip worth it for the exceptional care and pleasant experience.
Berthoud drug has the best staff! The pharmacist is extremely knowledgeable about medicine I take. They are also very accommodating to people who have anxiety. To top it , the closes are gorgeous . HIGHLY RECOMMEND Thank you Deanna
