I just wanted to only recommend shopping local,not shopping here or any of their stores. recommend not shopping at this store it is corporate......they made it clear to me they don't need my business in fact they told it straight to my face ...on camera 12 pm sat March 22 Just because she can (corporate)I didn't purchase any thing. and will keep the $6,312 a year.(2024)....FO...hope your business continues-to suffer.....a revolving door of. employees

I'm getting tired of the ONE guy who gives instructions on how to use the debit card machine that I use like 2 times a day usually. It's annoying and I'm over it i find it insulting to say the least. He usually works in the evenings. I think I'm just going start avoiding the place when he's working. Every single other employee is great.

Wendell was very rude and unfriendly.
I was the only one at the store and asked for 12 lotto quick pics and she acted like it was the end of the world.
I will never buy my gas or anything else from this store ever again.

Pumps outside didn't work. No out of service sign... tried to call to let them know but they didn't answer and their mailbox doesn't work...

If I could give zero stars. Why say 24 hour pumps on your door if you’re going to turn my money away at 10:03pm? This is a country store with no concern for delivering customer service. When I suggested editing google, instead of passing that on to management he stated they can’t do anything which is just silly. The gentleman working was in a hurry to go home and refused to tell me store management contact so I could report the misinformation. He said the number is on the door if I need customer service and walked himself outside to point at it for me. I was running out of gas and I’m a pinch collecting myself and he felt the need to come outside, badger me, and tell me where to go. The man that works here tells people to go to the nearby 7-11 and I suggest you do also. Don’t waste your time and money stopping here, go 1.5 miles away. Don’t worry mister, I suggested the google edit and did your job for you!

The staff is very friendly. They always offer a friendly greeting & are very professional, but human. Often their fuel prices are similar, or just a little over Loveland (without the drive or wear & tear on the vehicle).

CORPORATE- READ!! Laziness, if you cant price your merchandise, then you're in the wrong business!! How as a consumer we are supposed to know what the price of the item is? It's not the clerks job to inform us upon checking out. Did you ever consider maybe we'd like to know what we're paying before we go to the registe?! The clerk mentioned this is corporate decision and it's about the dumbest decision out there! Your gas station sucks and I will never be back to do business with people that think it's OK to get away with thinking by not putting a price on some thing it won't matter. Oh it definitely will and I'm sure I'm not the only one that's going to be taking my business somewhere else!

The heavy set lady behind the counter has never been nice or polite or even welcoming. I dread seeing her behind the counter it's always a negative experience. Very poor customer service abilities she needs to be terminated!
Most of the product on the shelves is not priced so it's a shocker when you get to the counter.
You have to keep the nozzle pulled halfway out of your cars fueling hole while pumping or it thinks it's full and stops every few seconds then you have to go inside to talk to the mean fat lady again.

Prices are bad and the pumps are always slow or don’t work…always avoid this place when I can and when I have to stop for gas here I’m reminded why I go out of my way to go anywhere else

The lady working this morning 10/22/22 caused a whole scene (she charged some guy double the amount for a propane tank then called the sheriff when he was upset, and he didn't even make a scene he just asked to be refunded like do your job lady it's not that hard) anyways she made a store of about 10 ppl wait until the cops showed up and we were all like we're just trying to buy what we needed and go, I think she should be let go. We've gone to this gas station many times before and she's so snotty to customers every time. The owners are going to lose business if they keep her.
