The owner, Doug, was so helpful. I bought a record that was skipping (from another store) and he helped me trouble shoot the issues with my machine. He took the time to educate me about the downsides of my machine - I wish I had chatted with him before I bought it. Now I know where to go to chat before I invest in my next... read full comment
