Asian Market in Boulder is a family-owned store that offers a wide variety of Asian, Indian, and South American food products. The store features an interesting selection of Asian vegetables, sauces, condiments, rice, canned, and bottled items. Customers can find unique items like mochi ice cream, natto, oden, kimchi, and a good selection of frozen fish suitable for sushi, including yellowtail and tuna, which are of very good quality. The store also has a wall of authentic ramen, Japanese sodas, candies, and fresh produce, some of which is hidden in the back. It is praised for its competitive prices on non-perishable items like spices and fermented products, especially compared to nearby stores. The shop offers a small but diverse selection that generally meets customer needs, and some appreciate the helpful owner who provides good service and product recommendations. However, some reviews mention a grumpy attitude from the owner, which can be off-putting, and concerns about pricing or overcharging. Despite this, many customers find the store to be a convenient and well-stocked place for Asian ingredients and unique products, making it a favorite for those seeking authentic and hard-to-find items.
No EBT and a grumpy Chinese owner which is often the case when I meet some elder Chinese woman frankly. A humor her but she kind of sounds like she's always shaming the customer for not knowing or products are found in the store.

Has everything you can possibly need. I like the cheap fresh produce hidden in the back. My son loves the authentic Raman wall! Yes a wall of Raman to choose from. there's Japanese sodas and candies... Family owned and operated. They also had Chinese New Years blessing res bags to purchase. That was a score!
