Wanted to give a shout-out to my man Vincent, the guy working the reception desk last night! He took the time to show us a few different rooms and gave us extra blankets and pillows when we asked. For the price, location and service can't be beat!

Basic lodging in a great location, at a reasonable price. Room was spacious and well appointed, if dated. Unfortunately, there was a multi-episode domestic dispute a couple of rooms away. But, the management were very apologetic, and they even took $50 off my bill to say they were sorry for the disturbance. I would stay there again. I would rate it 3.5.Walkability: Great location between CU and downtown Boulder.

i find it rude not to give 12 o’clock checkouts & then pretend to be sorry. had to switch rooms because heater did not work. not worth the trouble

Cheap motel in central boulder. Don't expect anything extra, but clean room and modern bathroom.

This was a perfect place to stay for visiting pearl st mall and UC. So great location and that was our #1 priority as we didn't have a lot of time to visit. Service was pleasant and quick. The rooms have an updated look but they are old. There is carpet in the bedroom. The bathroom was large. The sink was nice and the shower was not a tub, which I prefer. There was some water damage to the bathroom door but the baseboards were not damaged or had been replaced. The beds were comfortable and there wasn't a lot of noise even though it is on a busy street. It was about what I expected. If you are looking for a clean room and a comfy bed then this place does the trick. I didn't mind the negatives because they were expected.

Location was great and the room was fine, but I was very excited to swim after hiking all day. The desk person said the pool was open, but it was disgusting. It looked like the filters were broken and there was a white film all over the top from the water just standing - kinda hard to see from the picture. I stuck my feet in for a bit and bugs kept crawling up my legs. Disappointing, I would have stayed somewhere else if I'd known about the pool.

We made reservations at this hotel because it is supposedly dog friendly. Allowing dogs does not make you dog friendly. Rooms for dogs must be accessible and dogs need a safe space to walk and do their business. This property offers neither. The upstairs room at the top of a long steep staircase could not be navigated by my 11 year old lab. The park behind the property is not easily accessible and I would not feel safe walking there at night or early in the morning. I didn't feel comfortable even in broad daylight. We had to pay for one night even though we did not stay.

I basically paid $350 for ONE night at this place and there was no parking and the bed was so squeaky I could barely sleep. The guy at the front desk was nice but overall it was financially gutting.

Nan and mya were so great. They were a great help to my daughter and me. The room was spacious and clean. Parking is a little tight but manageable. Great location.

Nice enough hotel, staff is moderately professional, murky on services and availability. Decent option for budget

Great location close to pearl street mall and university. Rooms a bit outdated, but beds are fine. You need to request daily room service.

We booked a stay at the inn after hours of research trying to find a place to stay in Boulder that was reasonably priced and in walking distance to Chautauqua and Centennial trailheads (30 minutes), the Pearl St. area (10 minutes), and university campus (15 minutes). There were a few AirBnB-type rentals, but nearly 100% of them were living quarters in someone else’s home while they were currently living there which wasn’t for us.Pros of inn:1) Location2) Clean bathroom and bedroom that were well-stocked with typical hotel supplies (conditioner, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, lotion, coffee)3) Free drip-brew coffee and assortment of teas in the main office area with different creamers4) Microwave and microfridge (no separate freezer though) in the room5) Free WiFiCons of inn:1) It was loud being on the first floor where we heard every footstep of the people/person in the room above us with a thud and a floorboard squeak.2) The inn is by a busy road, we heard a lot of street traffic.3) The shampoo and body soap didn’t get sudsy or give a good clean. I’m not sure if they were the same formula as the hand soap (smelled the same and had the same thickness). You may want to bring your own shampoo.4) The TV was cable-style and not a smart TV, so we couldn’t connect to streaming services.5) The coffee station near the main office needed replenished with supplies. As each day went by, the supplies (cups, napkins, etc.) were depleted and not re-stocked.Other Notes:1) We took the $10.50/person AB1 route RTD bus from the Denver Airport to the Broadway/Canyon bus stop which was just a few minute-walk to the inn.

Great and comfortable room. Nice location in reference to other interesting points in town, but hard to get to when coming from the other side of the street. Obviously this is not the owners fault, just the way of street layout. The water can get hot quick, so that's awesome. No testing for long of know which way to turn the nozzle to find that sweet spot in the shower because of this. Room and bed are quite comfortable. Small but does the job.I recommend it.

The best 2-star hotel I have ever stayed at. Super clean room and grounds. Everything worked and was "modern." It was surprisingly quiet, but then it was too cold for outdoor partiers. Also excellent blackout shades kept the room dark for sleeping. Parking was convenient. And it was walking distance to a lot of places.
