First tech is the tops in customer service. I called with perhaps a dumb question, Jennifer Thomas was knowledgeable and pleasant and I only waited a couple of minutes on the phone. No idea why anyone does their banking with a bank anymore. FTCU FTW!

I’ve been here twice now and both times Jen has helped me, she has been so wonderful & kind. She is knowledgeable and helpful, makes going to the bank less of a chore.
(P.S. Fridays they might have donuts for member appreciation day!)
