“I’ve stopped by Vectra Bank in Boulder twice in the last month to get help printing a statement and paying a small interest charge on my HELOC. Both times I was completely unprepared — no loan number, no ID — and yet the team went above and beyond to help me get everything taken care of right then and there, when they easily could have told me to come back better prepared.
Everyone I’ve interacted with has been kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. Vickie, in particular, stands out as a great leader — I watched her guide and coach her team in real time, showing them workarounds while still carefully verifying my information. That kind of leadership and teamwork really impressed me and says a lot about the culture at this branch.

“In today's modern world it's rare to bank in person. However it is such a joy to walk in and meet the team at first tech to do some old fashioned in person banking. Brandon and the team are always so welcoming and a wealth of knowledge. It's good to get to know your banker and let me tell you getting to know yours will be the best experience you will ever have in local banking.
I would give 6 stars if I could but they only let you leave 5.”
