calling 1st Bank is ALWAYS the best and most pleasant business number to call in my entire contacts list. They don't always solve the problem (if it's unsolvable), but they are always there and almost always pickup quickly or call back quickly.

Been with first bank for many years. They have been very attentive to my transactions and alerted me immediately after attempted fraud on my debit card. I will be moving out of state end of month and have to switch to a new bank I'm sad to have to do this

My experience at this branch was great. Worked with Liz while selling a car and she was very kind and polite about services offered.
