My Helly Tech ski jacket ripper broke, and was really sad about it. I took mine in to see what they could do, and without any hassle they said it fell under the lifetime warranty and they swapped my old one out gave me a brand new jacket! I am extremely impressed and will forever be a Helly Hansen advocate!!

Christian is the best. I went into the store not even knowing what H/H was and zero intentions to buy anything, but Christians attitude alone I wanted to help his sales a little for that day buying my wife some of the coolest gloves and she loves them. 100% recommend going into the store in person.
