I took mine in to see what they could do, and without any hassle they said it fell under the lifetime warranty and they swapped my old one out gave me a brand new jacket! Owner/organizer Emily is an organizational genius, and the crew are all friendly and super competent. There is support every step of the way, from meals to bike mechanic stations and expert help from Carl, shuttle trucks by Alex and others who advise on the challenges ahead to make sure you finish your ride by bike or by shuttle, to fit your endurance and risk preferences. The views are otherworldly, the food between lunch breakfast and dinner was excellent, and the experience was unforgettable!”

“Somewhere in the 90's l bought a Sierra Designs tent in California. It is an excellent tent that l have taken with me from one continent to another. Sadly, while camping last summer, one of the main tent poles was damaged. I found the company on internet and with little hope l mailed them to see if they still had a spare tent pole of what l assumed was a discontinued model (it has been more than a quarter century since l bought it!). To my pleasure, l was mailed back, and their customer service representative Ashton confirmed that the tent was no longer being made but he was still able to find a pole that was the correct size, which he could sell me. Getting it over to Europe was another adventure but l just received it yesterday and compared it to the old one, and it is perfect! I am so excited to camp again next summer with my favorite tent and hope it lasts another decade or two. Kudos to Sierra Designs for making such quality and sustainable camping gear and the great customer service! ?”

“I am adjusting a prior review to reflect the extra care that I received from Chris in the warranty department and Jeremy at the retail store.After I expressed confusion about how I broke a component of my climbing shoes, Jeremy gave me a call where he spent a good deal of time explaining the contributing factors that could’ve been in play, as well as how to use the component in the future to minimize the wear in it and how to best maintain the shoes. The thorough explanation and practical tips for avoiding a repeat the future were what I was looking for, and Chris also ensured I knew that a replacement component was being sent out to me, which I really appreciate as well.”

“the campus and town is nice. I got mixed feelings about the people there. I didn’t like that CU did not touch much on Financial aid but they provided me with the general information like tuition dorm price and your student is automatically entered in to scholarships when they apply like most universities. It is a big campus. They only show you the main campus but they have a east campus that they dont show and they also have dorms within 25 minutes walking distance from the campus. if the student doesnt want to walk then they can take a free shuttle. The weather was beautiful. They have a beautiful gym!”
