  Horrible customer service. Shop somewhere else and save yourself the hassle of trying to reach customer service chat or getting a response to your order status.

  Can't remember the last time I had such a bad experience with a company and its product. We bought a chair, it broke, and they refused to repair it, refused to provide me with the parts to repair it myself, and were overall horrible. I could not recommend enough that you DO NOT BUY ANYTHING MADE BY KELTY.
