Overall a great experience living in Kensington so far. The property manager did a great job ensuring any issues with the infrastructure I had were resolved in a promot manner.

On the expensive side, but generally quiet apartments with nice location. Studio apartments are decently roomy. The WiFi is unusable though- not a secure network, horrible download speeds, and connectivity problems. Be ready to have your own internet installed.
