“Toby really rescued us from a bad situation. Another insurer was refusing to properly insure the roof of the home and we were three days from closing. We called Toby and he literally gave the lender the proof of insurance they required in less than one hour. The other insurer had been working on it for 10 days! We are SO GRATEFUL to Toby for coming through and allowing the deal to go through. We would have been in trouble without him. Oh... and his policy had better coverage and was $1,000 cheaper than the other insurance company. Amazing.
