“I am thrilled with the kind service I received today over the phone and in person.
Amazon coordinated a pickup time for a large item that I wasn’t able to accommodate and here I am with a large/heavy object to schlep to ups (with a bum knee no less).
I called ahead as the box the item came in was a bit damaged and needed some doctoring before it went out. Robbie answered the phone with a smile in his voice and confirmed not only was he happy to help me get the item into their store he’d also help re-box the item.
Upon arrival I went in and asked for Robbie and he was quick to help me unload my car of not only the item but also the oversized box. He had remembered my call earlier today and did everything he could to ensure my dream of getting the package boxed/shipped came true.
By the time I moved my car and walked back in the item was boxed up and pretty much ready to go & I was offered a receipt.
Huge huge thanks to Robbie who showed exemplary customer service and care. Couldn’t recommend this UPS location more.”
“I give five stars because theres this tall gentleman that is so kind and beyond professional. Not sure if he is manager but he has the most elite manager vibes. There was a young college dude working when i got there unfortunately. Some of the worst customer service lol. Like wickedly bad. Didn’t care at all. Hope you get to read this man. Be better. Be like that really kind tall guy in regards to customer service. Amazon wouldnt send me a pdf for a third party return. He told me he couldnt help me and to figure it out with amazon. I also needed to recover tracking numbers for returns to which he said was impossible. He shut down everything. Well the tall dude overheard and literally printed me out the non pdf label and got me the tracking numbers because i knew i should ask him”
