Andy is able to help every time i need him, including sometimes giving me enough help by phone that i can solve a problem myself. who does that?! i drive 25 miles to get to p c express - they're that good. i'm computer illiterate, but i do know the best place to get help, and p c express is it!

Andrew and PC Express were awesome. Changed out my laptop battery a month ago and I had to come again today for another fix and they fixed while I waited (less then 30min). Thank you guys!!
