“I've visited the store multiple times for both my mac and iPhone, and always received great service. Most recently, Reema helped me set up a new iPhone, and was extremely patient, kind, and personable.
Also, shout out to all the apple store employees--they're all working their butts off and constantly busy, yet still find the time to answer questions--a lot of people don't see the invisible work that goes into service jobs, like managing in-person and online orders, walk-ins, appointments, restocking inventory, etc. This is an extremely high traffic store, and they stayed open late on a Friday just to finish helping the last few customers. If that's not stellar customer service, I don't know what is.”

“Andrew helped me out in a pinch for my work computer. I went to the geek squad when he was busy, and they misdiagnosed my computer, but Andrew snuck me in and was able to fix my computer on the spot. Really grateful.”
