A great gym and community that I've been going to for years. These are the best and most challenging workouts I've ever experienced. I can't recommend this gym more highly. Keep up the amazing work!

PeaksFit has been my go-to for gyms/work out classes for the last two years. I’ve dropped other memberships and have never looked back. Sally has kept me on my toes for the last two years and has continued to create challenging work outs. All the instructors have continued to challenge us and have pushed us past our limits to be better and become better. But it’s not just about the work outs, they have created a great community of people who show up and continue to come back and provide support.

Sally and Jess were my favorite trainers at OrangeTheory, so when they when they opened their own gym, I couldn't wait to try it. Wow! The workouts are great—super hard—but both of these dynamite trainers (as well as Hayley) will help you with modifications on certain exercises if you have trouble with your knees like me. I always feel like they are happy to see me and are so encouraging, and that feels really good too. But, my favorite thing about PeaksFit is that Sally and Jess have really created an inclusive community that supports one another inside and outside the gym. I feel like I'm with friends when I walk in the door. I've never felt so welcome in a gym before. I'm also proud to support an independent women-owned business here in Boulder!

Sally and Jess - the owners and trainers - provide tough, well-balanced, small group workouts with a huge focus on form. The interval style is hard, so if you're looking for a challenge, this is the spot.

Great news! You can stop searching for the best workout in Boulder because it's at Peaksfit. One month in I am stronger, feel my stamina increasing, and my clothes are loose. Best of all, I feel like I've joined a supportive, welcoming, and non-judgmental community where I'm rapidly getting into the best shape of my life.Sally and Jess take the time to get to know everyone in the studio so they can provide the gnarliest workouts that are also endlessly adaptable to be safe and attainable for any fitness level (literally satisfying first time exercisers and professional athletes alike).Pro tip: don't let the schedule fool you. Every day is a full body workout that will get your heart pumping. The different daily focus means you can go every day without over-exerting specific muscle groups. Bring a sweat towel. You'll need it.

This studio incorporates everything I want in a fitness routine--community, challenging workouts, form correction when necessary, and a varied workout. Sally and Jess take the time to know the individuals in their gym and cater workouts to the needs of each person. While not a nutritional center, they are vastly knowledgable on fueling for performance and provide biometric scanning as a way to monitor performance and growth.I feel really, really lucky to have found this place and, especially, Sally and Jess.

Jess & Sally are the best! My husband and I been doing personal training with them for a couple months now and we love it! They are attentive to form, individual needs, and personal preferences. The group classes are also super fun and motivating with a small class size that allows for personal attention. I feel great after every workout and look forward to the next one. I highly recommend PeaksFit!

I've tried almost all the boutique fitness studios in Boulder over the last couple years, and typically was a member of more than one because I couldn't find one studio that met all my needs. In fact, I'd often go back-to-back from a cardio class to a strength class in order to work my heart and build strength. Who has time for that??While most of the studios in town emphasize cardio OR strength - or risk injury through high-impact exercises - PeaksFit integrates BOTH in a low-impact and approachable way (that said, be forewarned that you WILL be sore afterwards!). Because their workouts get your heart pumping through strength training, it's essentially like getting two workouts in one. Why waste time running endlessly on a treadmill when you can get your heart rate going while getting stronger at the same time?This is also a studio that has a sense of community and camaraderie. No egos, no competitiveness, no annoyed or burned-out instructors. The trainers at PeaksFit are invested, supportive, and always happy to make any modifications you might need. So happy to FINALLY have a studio like this in Boulder!

These ladies are fitness SLAYERS. They take no prisoners, have a fabulous sense of humor, but most importantly, know anatomy and how to get yours to match your goals.
