It features a newly renovated and unique playground with a standout rocket tower for climbing, alongside many other fun climbing and exploring options, swings, and a huge sand pit. The main structure is noted as best for bigger kids. The park is clean and has beautiful views, adjacent to a scenic creek and a beautiful green space perfect for picnics. A major highlight is the sensational public aquatic center next door, with a large lap pool and a leisure pool with fun features, plus shaded areas. The park itself is an excellent place for sledding on its small hills after a fresh snowfall, creating a winter wonderland. Visitors should note that parking can be very difficult during nearby stadium events. The park provides adequate restrooms and picnic areas, making it a go-to spot for families to while away an afternoon.
