Great place to shop, bad place to consign. I’ve had them give things away to thrift stores without my knowledge, I’ve had them blame me for holes after the garment has been sold and someone else is wearing it, I most recently had to pay 10% to get back clothes that didn’t sell because I asked to pick them up early. Beware.

Good, meaningful selection, pricing is realistic for what it is and compared to the original prices.

For an upper scale consignment store, the owner and many of the employees are quite friendly, they don’t have that Boulder snobbiness like many other stores have (including Rags often times)

I love the layout, service and ambiance (except for the sorting by color and not size, that is annoying), but the prices are not realistic for secondhand clothing. I really wanted to like this place and was very disappointed.

Such a gem! The clothing they have is amazing and high-end (at fair prices), and the staff are so kind. Everyone was helpful, attentive, supportive, and fun to be around. Thank you for your help with my outfit for my upcoming event! :)

As much as I love this place, I was disappointed to find that the Christy Dawn dress they sold for $125 had a subtle but very large stain on it, as well as smaller stains - I was only able to see them when brought home to daylight. I take blame for not noticing, but I’m nevertheless bummed. If they are going to sell damaged items as final sale, I wish they would mark them as such.

Please take this off the thrift store listing for Google. Also, please look up the definition for thrift.

This store was suggested to me and upon checking it out I was FLOORED by the cost of everything! In my time in the store I didn't find a single thing under $50. I understand that they are most likely receiving high end products, but if you are a broke college student like myself this is not the place for you. This place defeats the purpose of thrifting as it is meant to be a way to procure cheap and second hand clothing. This, however, is nothing short of a high-end boutique masquerading as a thrift store. Unless you're rich in this economy, I don't recommend this place.

Came here yesterday. As a customer who has spent $1000+ here, won’t be coming back due to deteriorating service, a shame.

Wonderful selection, I walked out with a pair of cozy Eileen Fisher sweatpants that I'm currently living in. Super attentive and courteous staff. Lots of designer of you're into that!

I've been a dedicated shopper at this store for years. Unfortunately, they recently switched to organizing everything by color instead of size. This works in a new clothing store because they will carry multiple sizes of the same article of clothing. It does not work for consignment, because it means you have to go through every article of clothing in the store when most of it isn't your size. It's just too much. I won't be back.

They have some great clothes in here, but the staff (at least some of the staff) have a huge attitude problem. Last time I went in, I stood at the desk at the back waiting to ask a question. There was a 20-something girl behind the desk doing nothing, and she refused to even acknowledge my existence. Another employee was also there and refused to make eye contact. Finally, someone came out the back and asked very snootily if I needed anything. I felt incredibly uncomfortable and got the very clear message that I wasn't young or hip enough to be worth anyone's time in the store. I will shop elsewhere in the future.

Decent secondhand shop, though pretty pricey.
