“Like the store (PetSmart ), and choice of products, but don't order online for pickup. For at least the last three pickup orders, it took several hours and I had to call and ask about my order before I could ever go pick it up. I was even told 2 hours after I ordered that they couldn't find the order. I might as well just go to the store except I get points for ordering online. If I lived close by it wouldn't be such a big deal but I live 10 to 15 mi away in the mountains so it takes me at least a half an hour to get to the store and I try to bundle my errands together when I go down the mountain, which is not every day.”

“I got a frozen yogurt from the frozen yogurt place and ate it in the parking lot. Apparently there's a dog bakery here. I don't know how that can be economically feasible but I suppose Boulder is a town that defies reality.”
“Funny interaction. My son and I went in and asked an employee where the bathroom was. He said I think it’s over there where they sell the food. It’s a grocery store. The whole thing is where they sell food. Ha ha. We just went the way he pointed and found the bathroom. We finished our shopping afterwards. It gave us a good laugh.”

“Went here for the FirstBank location that’ll they had here. I recommend using the light to get back on the main road. The other roads are hot-and-miss trying to cross.”

“I took my kids to My Eye Dr. They rock in customer service. Every step of they way was amazing. I'm a snob when it comes to quality customer service. It has to be genuine not a forced way of being. Everyone was present and super nice. They helped us get fitted for glasses and even shop for what style is best for each prescription. They took their time and never made us feel rushed. Jess and Noah plus Dr. Sara mahalo guys we really enjoy what you have given beyond a pair of glasses”
