Incredible place to train and meet up with other parkour athletes in the area! They focus on kids activities but have some great classes and open gyms for adults. And the coaches are awesome. Can’t say enough good things about this place!!

My 13-year-old couldn't be happier at Superhuman, despite a few negative experiences at other local athletic kids' haunts - his only complaint is that an hour isn't enough!! Instructors are genuine, kind, supportive and create an incredible culture around parkour.

We specialize in classes, summer camps, school day off workshops, birthday parties, and private lessons. We also hold community events, competitions, and open gym sessions.
Parkour is the discipline of moving efficiently through your environment, utilizing proper jumping, landing, vaulting, climbing, and flipping to move creatively and/or quickly from A to B. Students are taught to safely approach challenges and grow from their experience of failure and success.
