They opened 20 minutes late. Passport camera was down (fyi Staples did great passport photos). I asked who the manager was and the guy said, ‘we don’t have one. She quit and this place is a mess.’

Do not use this location for passport photos. We waited over 30 minutes to get them taken, and then they were rejected at the post office because a chair was visible in the background. To make matters worse, I could only return one set for a refund because the second set was not properly labeled. A complete waste of time.
