“My experience has been significantly better than 2.4 stars. I have a chronic condition treated by three or more prescriptions at a time, so I interact frequently with this pharmacy. They answer the phone. They fill prescriptions quickly. The text alerts tell me when prescriptions are received and ready. The app functions minimize my need to call. Wait times for vaccines are short, even without an appointment. In the context of our crazy healthcare system and other pharmacies in Boulder, this pharmacy is doing pretty darn well.”

We have good days and bad days when picking up prescriptions (running late, irritated, urgently needing medication) but know that they are always running around and making sure every customer gets attended. They are human being like us (customers) if your having a bad day don't make it harder for your surroundings. Treat other like how you would want to be treated. “I don't think this pharmacy deserves such a low rating. Sure, sometimes the wait is a little long but that's been my experience at every Walgreens I have ever used. The staff here, especially Brenda, work extremely hard to help customers as best as they can, and while there are instances I have had to wait long than I would have liked, I have never had a bad interaction. I did see one lady lose it when she was trying to get her kids vaccinated while the pharmacy was really busy, that was kinda funny.”

“I LOVE this pharmacy! I've used Walgreens, Walmart, King Soopers, and Kroger in the past and no one fills a prescription as quickly as this specific CVS. Most of the time the prescription is ready within a few hours of my doctor calling it in. I'm always amazed at how quickly it gets filled! If you go during busy hours like at 6p, there will be a long line. I avoid that by going at other times, and in that case, the line may have a few people max!”

“Y’all they really care about us here. Matt was nothing but professional with me and serviced me completely. I was so upset with waiting in line and it was a nice surprise to see great customer service at the window. Another thing I witnessed was a Sam an employee ran out of the store to give missing items to a customer before me. You don’t see that anymore-maybe in the movies I really appreciate this understaffed team. I was ultimately checked out by Amari and my transaction was nothing less than smooth. If you can be patient, which I get it-they care about you and they service you completely.”
