I just had passport photos taken. An electronic version is supposed to be emailed, but I didn't get it so I called. It takes their system up to three days to email them. It's 2025 Walgreens!! Get your technology up to date!

This pharmacy is phenomenal the incredible tech working that day game me the best vaccination I've ever had. I was very disappointed at the end though when she wouldn't give me a sticker and a sucker for being so brave when I got my shot. 9/10

I walked in one saturday morning and there was these 3 young ladies working one went by the name Melodi and the other 2 were Yoselin and Brianna they were all very sweet, i’m hard of hearing and they were so patient and helped me find exactly what I was looking for!

This store doesn’t provide any baskets to hold things in so If you plan on getting more than two items you’re gonna have a bad time.

Pharmacist and assistant were condescending and rude. I asked a basic question about getting my prescription filled and was met with snarky half answers. Definitely not a place I feel comfortable handling my prescriptions nor concerns.

Placed an order for flyers to be printed 24 hours in advanced, got the email that my order was ready. I show up and they tell me there printer has been down for a few days….. no call no text no email. I needed these by a certain time for work. Worst customer service.

The printing services just literally never work, like ever. Went in to literally have two simple US letter pages printed. Drove over and was in a rush and of course nothing was printed and they told me the printer was broken... No notification and two hours after it was guaranteed to be able to be picked up. On other occasions I ordered a photo book which they also messed up. I really don't know why I still even come here...

A store employee harassed me this morning when I purchased emergency contraception, which is kept behind the desk. He made a mocking gesture about announcing my purchase to the whole store, and when I told him it was inappropriate, made a statement about how people around here are too sensitive, can't take a joke. Boulder is a college town and many people live and work here who may want to make purchases like that, so I felt like i should warn others that this person works there and may make deliberately rude statements and gestures about sensitive product purchases. I'd recommend going elsewhere for items like that.

Told me that i didn’t have insurance coverage multiple times. Went to a different pharmacy the same day and my insurance was accepted without question.

I’ve never had a bad experience here, especially at the pharmacy. Walk-in vaccinations are taken and are thorough and time-efficient. The team here does a good job. I definitely recommend it

They no longer provide carts or baskets for customers, even those of us who are shopping for services and therefore I have a lot to hold.
The woman at the counter Brianna was extremely rude about it as well.
Apparently, this is Walgreens policy

Took a passport picture of my son. Was told I'd be able to download the digital copy. It didn't work. The store did not provide any help and asked me to come back to take new pictures.

It was both the worst Walgreens experience and the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I would encourage you to explore any other option. The store manager was staggeringly combative and unhelpful
