“Excellent service. Went to Manager Jami with an issue regarding mutilated currency. She was able to help me even though I was not a customer. (I am a customer now!) She went above and beyond in finding a solution. Friendly employees and very clean branch. I would take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. It appears most of the negative reviews are coming from a non-local, transient or seasonal population that have no real interest in having a banking relationship.”

“First Bank is awesome. One of the guys I work for unfortunately uses Chase Bank. One day last winter Colorado springs got about 6 inches of snow. Which about all melted by 4 in the afternoon. But chase bank decided to not be open deaming to hazardous for employees. So the always helpful folks at first bank actually cashed my buddies check since I had a account with them.
