“All I can say is just WOW!! The best customer service. Melissa really went over and above. My elderly mom purchased an ornament here. When she arrived home across the county she was unable to located the ornament and was devastated. We located other places online to purchase the ornament but none had the town of Breckenridge engraved. I decided to contact every gift store in the area. (I had not accompanied my mom on this trip and had no idea where the ornament was purchased) and although some stores I contacted did have the ornament, no one would ship it to me because they were too busy during the holiday season.... Skinny Winter Gifts was the last gift shop on my list to call. Melissa answered and stated that not only did she have the ornament but she would ship it to me the following day. She was the sweetest during our conversations, and so happy to help me. When my mom received her ornament she was thrilled beyond explanation.
