Although they were extremely busy and overwhelmed they totally were rocking it out! Everyone was cared for and they are an amazing team!”

“Just a small FedEx store inside Walmart, but GREAT customer service EVERY time I go in- Consistently! The gentleman that "holds-down-the-fort" is so courteous, professional, very knowledgeable and helpful. I've also found that when it comes to shipping things, FedEx usually does it for less than UPS and definitely a better choice that the USPS!! FedEx actually gets things where you want them to go! Imagine that!! ?”

“I was given great service at the pharmacy today. Honestly it was unexpected after lots of negative experiences. Whatever has been changed, it seems to be working. I was truly pleasantly surprised and I hope it continues. I also received great service from the cashier at the front of the store. I usually do, but to receive great service all around today was so nice in a time of staffing shortages and supply chain issues. Thank you!”

“So I bought this cherry pie for 18$, it was called Yum Bana, don't buy it ! I had to put it in the oven the crust was white, it said it was cooked it not! It was with the cold cake. It a lot of work for a cherry pie that is over priced! It is gluten free but it is overpriced and it's messy! The beef is good meat is getting expensive since the pandemic. The pork was cheap and fed my family. I make pork chops with balsamic vinegar, chopped onions and mustard it's simple but good! Meat is expensive everywhere! So the pork and chicken go bad fast so eat it quick! Just ask my refrigerator it became a medical cabinet quickly you can tell of the smell! I told my wife I am getting sick of feeding my trash can, it getting too fat! It groceries everywhere so don't worry! The bathroom was clean! The frozen food was good I have no complaints.”

“I transferred all 9 of my scripts from Walgreens to this CVS and they are outstanding. They take the time with each individual and for me, that was quite a task. I had some I wanted to bill insurance on and some I wanted to use goodRX on and this young man was nice, pleasant, and very understanding. Didn't rush me and made sure I knew the exact price of each one before I decided which way to go. It's worth standing in line here because I'm not treated with disrespect or like a junkie like I was at Walgreens. AND, the best part, my scripts are ready in record time, like under an hour, unlike waiting literal days for Walgreens to fill. Go here!”

“If I could give TEN stars I would! ! ! ! All thanks to Janea in the Pharmacy @ the Brighton Location (not sure of correct spelling - sorry if this is the wrong spelling). * Long post warning * Me and the Mrs. use this Walgreens for our prescription needs, since it is the closest to our location. We have never had any complaints or issues with this location, they have always been very friendly, and helpful with any prescription questions that we have had. Unfortunately, my wife came down with Covid 19 from over the weekend, and our Doc put in a prescription for Paxlovid (the common cure for Covid now days). Well, to my surprise, I go to pick up the prescription and the price is over $300.00, with insurance (no longer the government issue, commercial issue now). It wasn't that I didnt have the money to pay for it, I want my wife to get better. I would pay $1k if I had to, just so my wife could get rid of this crud. But it was the sticker shock of what the cost was before, compared to now. Janea "The pharmacist" must have seen the look on my face, and proceeded to tell me about a program that I could apply for, that could bring the cost of the medicine down in price and possibly save me a couple hundred dollars. She gave me the paper to call, which I texted to my wife, within a matter of few minutes she was approved, gave her a card to show to the pharmacist, which she emailed to me, and I kid you not, the bill for the Paxlovid came down from over $300.00 down to $0.00 out of pocket! Most employee's would not go out of their way to help their customers save money in this day in age. However, I do have to say that "Janea" (again, sorry if the spelling is wrong), deserves a big pat on her back, for her customer service, friendliness, and willing to step out of the box and go the extra mile and offer assistance, in a situation like this. Walgreens, you have a very valuable employee here, an asset to Walgreens. Make sure you treat her well, because she most defiantly looks out for her customers, and their needs. Plus with that attitude and willingness to help, she will go far! ! She was also nice enough to tell me, that she hoped that my wife started feeling better soon. :-) THANK YOU AGAIN JANEA! ! ! ! YOU ROCK ! ! ! ! !”
