“This Pharmacy has exceptional customer service and the Pharmacist is a true expert in her field. Received my flu shot there and will be going back for my COVID booster. Very pleased to see that they have a private office for administering shots. My visit was much easier than sitting at a Doctor’s office for hours to receive a 5 minute shot.Highly recommend this pharmacy.”

“Platte Valley Pharmacy is the best pharmacy I have ever experienced. I just had an incredibly painful surgery and the doctor's office forgot to send in a prescription for pain management. I'm on day three and the nerve block has worn off. I was just in tears, I was in so much pain. The pharmacy staff could tell I was hurting, and acted quickly and took down the name of the doctor and office number and called them. They had already closed, so they advised me to call their on call doctor. I did, and he quickly sent in the order. Within two minutes of hanging up with my doctor the pharmacy was calling me to let me know that they were processing it immediately. Within 10 minutes, they had my prescription ready and waiting for my husband to pick up. They are an incredible team, and they truly care about their are customers and patients. I have never received this service from Walgreens, or any other pharmacy. I really like the fact that they're open till 6 pm, which gives me, a late worker, the ability to pick up my prescriptions when I'm done with work. Thank you for all you do!”

“To all the people complaining about the armed guards... maybe checking receipts is just a cover. Unfortunately we live in a world where going to public places can be dangerous. I say thanks for risking your life to protect mine. It's still my favorite King Soopers. I will still drive miles past the other King Soopers to go to this one.”

“Safeway has always beeny favorite grocery store since the 1960's.
For many years it was the only major grocery store in our town.
Safeway has always been known for its meat department and the quality of the meat sold.

“I would give it a 5 star but i have a big complaint and anyone who says different would be lying. I go there almost every week for fruits specifically ( kids are fruits freaks ) so I'm always buying fruit my issue is they have by far the worst fruit ... Its always rotten fruit!!! i've already spoke to manager & spoke to whomever handles the fruit but it's still hasn't been resolved as today 11-6-25 still see black almost green rotten stuff on them and its like this every time...I'm just upset that I have to travel else where for fruit! That's why I came here maybe it'll get y'all to also speak up with me cause i cant with them no more, ain't none getting done ...”

“I have to take B12 injections, I was always getting the b12 and syringes about 2 weeks apart. I was in Monday afternoon, and Jason was able to finally get it to where I would receive both at the same time.

“I took my two boys in for flu shots today while solo parenting and let’s just say… they brought all the energy ? The pharmacy staff was unbelievably patient, calm, and kind while I wrangled two wild kids who were very excited to explore the world.

They explained everything, made the kids feel comfortable, and somehow turned what could have been a stressful, chaotic experience into a genuinely positive one. One of my children is autistic, and they were especially thoughtful, flexible, and understanding — which meant more than they probably know to an overwhelmed mom.

Thanks to this amazing team, my kids actually had a great flu shot experience (still in shock about that). Huge thank-you to a pharmacy staff that truly goes above and beyond for families!”

“Just a small FedEx store inside Walmart, but GREAT customer service EVERY time I go in- Consistently! The gentleman that "holds-down-the-fort" is so courteous, professional, very knowledgeable and helpful. I've also found that when it comes to shipping things, FedEx usually does it for less than UPS and definitely a better choice that the USPS!! FedEx actually gets things where you want them to go! Imagine that!! ?”

I often stop in for groceries—they have a great selection of snacks, dairy, and even quick meal options like frozen pizzas—and their beauty section is always stocked with the latest skincare and cosmetics.

“Everyone who works here is very very friendly and professional. Rose at the front desk is always great. The doctors are very helpful and always take care of our concerns. The pharmacy and lab are both good too. Only downside is it sometimes takes upward of a month to get an appointment.”

“Friendly folk at this location. One thing to keep in mind, and I don't know if this is specific to this store, or a common issue across pharmacies: If there is a problem with your prescription, they can at times be a bit lax about following up to get it resolved, so I recommend monitoring the progress by calling or using their King Soopers App
They are pretty good about getting you through occasions when you weren't on top of requesting a refill and are about to run out by giving a partial fill.
Another thing I like about this pharmacy is their auto refill approach when you have a several prescription that don't line up with each other. They will schedule the refills to be synchronized to be ready at roughly the same time, reducing the number of trips for pick up.
Overall I feel very comfortable recommending this pharmacy. It is as good as any I have used, and I have used plenty of different ones”

“Living in the area this has been our pharmacy of choice for awhile. Are they perfect? No. But overall they get the job done with the best they have available. Having worked in pharmacy I know the stress. There’s a lot more to filling a prescription than picking a bottle off the shelf and counting it. The last time I had a prescription filled the pharmacist even dropped it off at my house at the end of his shift. Today we pulled right up to the drive thru. And were greeted and helped within just a few minutes. To be fair I also don’t pick up my prescriptions right when they go to lunch it push it when they are trying to close. Having been there and done that I know that if you continue to help people you may not get a lunch at all. And that’s not fair when you may be working an 10 hour shift either. As far as the OTC part of the store. Prices are a little high, but otherwise no complaints.”

I moved to Brighton a year ago and this has been my new pharmacy since then. I have had zero problems with the pharmacy, in fact they have been very helpful with my questions and many medication changes. I have had to call them several times and they have always been friendly and helpful. They are obviously very busy and overworked like many pharmacys these days, however I am very happy with the service here.”
