“I’m giving five stars because the travel vaccine process here was great. Costco is officially my go-to from now on. While most other providers won't even attempt to run travel vaccines through insurance, the team at Costco went the extra mile to make it happen. I was pleasantly surprised to get coverage, especially since my plan typically doesn't cover special travel-related vaccines. Highly recommend for the savings and the service!”

“Been going to this store since it was opened before their gran opening. Despite all the hiccups that should be expected when opening a new store, the staff is has ALWAYS been friendly, helpful and patient. The Store Manager is very friendly and really engages with her customer base. We have had been waiting for this stand-alone CVS to be built for our personal shopping experiences which also requires me to gather content. The entire staff is phenomenal and has ALWAYS been helpful. Despite reading all the negative comments here please don’t let this be the reason you don’t go, go experience their customer service for yourself. You can’t make everyone happy in a society with millions of people. Thank you STAFF AT CVS! 🫡 KEEP SHINING AND KEEP BEING YOU, YALL are doing a fantastic job!”

“I've always had a great experience at this pharmacy. Very prompt in refilling my medications with friendly and helpful staff. I did not have health insurance for some time and they always searched for the best discount codes to provide the lowest price.
Now I have insurance, unfortunately they only cover a specific pharmacy. After being ordered a very expensive medication, Walmart let me know ahead of time so I could transfer the med to that pharmacy in order to use insurance. The other pharmacy told me it usually takes 1-3 business days for the transfer but Walmart completed it within 1/2 an hour of my call. I believe it shows how much they care that they would help so quickly even when it means losing business - they care about the patient.”

They even had my script ready hours earlier than expected. Retail pharmacy employees don't get enough grace and appreciation for all that they do. I hope they know how much they're valued!”
“I've been using this pharmacy for 2 months now so maybe I need to trial this place a little bit longer to get a better review out there. This place always calls me on the phone telling me when my prescriptions are ready. I usually go there the same day and everything goes smoothly and I usually don't have to wait too long. I've had very little issues going here and both my PCP and my dentist are signed up to prescribe me stuff at this location when they do have to prescribe me.”

“Very friendly people, the only complaint I could make would be, they have half the store locked up in cases in which an employee must retrieve yr item for you. I think if Walmart continues this trend, you will have to have an employee with you from start to finish. I know theft is of global proportions and a concern in our society today, but there has to be another way. Good luck”

Story time - I did not have insurance for some time and was using a different pharmacy because they had the lowest self-pay prices. I finally have insurance but they only cover CVS pharmacies. After being prescribed a very expensive medication I initiated the transfer to CVS. CVS staff let me know it usually takes 1-3 business days for the transfer to go through but they would try to get it through ASAP. However within 1/2 an hour of my transfer request I get call that my prescription was transferred and already filled. Now that is an amazing turn-around time. I was so grateful to receive my very needed med so quickly without hassle. I really liked my old pharmacy but am relieved that CVS at Thornton is equally caring, prompt and professional.”

“I appreciated the gas price, it was 20-30 cents per gallon cheaper than the competition. However it was extremely crowded, and the pumps weren't the fastest. It is unfortunate that a membership to sams club is required. Overall I had a pleasant time.”
