She saw a defeated tired mom who got her dates mixed up for an appointment. She took my anyway even though I was a week too early. I am so appreciative of her kindness. She definitely didn't have to help us but she did. Thank you Debbie. Post offices get a bad rap (my local office in erie included). I'll be traveling to this office for all my postal needs now!”
“Visited from Brighton for passport applications. Mike is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. He helped us process a new passport, minor passport, renewal passport, AND pictures in 30 minutes. Albeit we came prepared with forms filled out and proper documentation. Nevertheless, great experience & I recommend the drive.”

“I’ve lived in Firestone for a little over a year and a half now and have visited this post office a handful of times. I have had nothing but good experiences there so far. It is a little on the smaller/older side, but the staff have always been very friendly and welcoming towards me. and they always answer my questions thoroughly. I don’t hate going to the post office nearly as much as I did before moving here — LOL.”
